Bell Body

From the start of a breath, and finished in a sweep, it was written:
__________

Inside the tone of the bell ringing, I walked around in circles. I walked with the resonance, with the vibrations lifting my feet little hill after little valley and again and again. My head shook, my limbs ached; I walked so long and so fully. I committed then, to the sound, to the tone. I opened my body to be moved as it would be, in ways I couldn’t anticipate.
I moved upwards slowly as the bell rang again. I couldn’t have known. I was afraid. The fear was irrelevant, though, because I simply rose. I waved, my body rocked through the currents of sound. The metal, the pendulum inside, the curves; it was my skin and bones, it was my heart and veins, it was my emotive soul, my conscious totality--rising.

______
What was it but moved in, out, and done?
